ECOPLUS MK2 - Dispensing System for PU Foam

The ECOPLUS MK2 is the first model of Hennecke's new "NEXT-GEN dosing machines" and has been completely overhauled compared to the previous generation. This cost-effective entry-level model allows for a comfortable introduction to the quality world of Hennecke high-pressure dosing in the field of largely manual PU production, without compromising on mixing quality, raw material efficiency, and digitalization. In addition to a variety of noticeable optimizations in the machine layout, particular attention was paid during development to aspects such as sustainability, resource utilization, energy consumption, and data integration. Overall, the new ECOPLUS MK2 offers higher performance at a lower acquisition cost. Nevertheless, the focus remains on the highest quality in all critical elements. The mixing head, dosing line, and automation are all new developments with numerous detailed improvements.
