Pharmaceutical Heat Exchanger - For Pure Media

Pure media must remain uncontaminated. That’s why we manufacture the DTS heat exchanger for these media. DTS stands for Double-Tubesheet, which is the key design feature. This design prevents contamination of one medium by another due to a leaking weld. If a weld is defective, the respective medium will visibly leak out without contaminating the other medium. The heat exchanger tubes are seamless, meaning there are no welds in contact with the media except at the connection to the tube sheet. Of course, the materials, media connections, and surface qualities are available in the specifications required by the process.
