Drill Separator

Swirl separators to remove small droplets, particularly formed in chimneys due to condensation. Separation through centrifugal force/inertia that creates an inertial force. Swirl separator HDL 001/hv with welded blade set and enlarged collection chamber is suitable for both vertical and horizontal flow. This series has proven effective especially in areas where there is a risk of crusting due to solid particles and fiber content. Primarily used after gas scrubbers, evaporators, process plants, pipelines, as well as on the outlet side of chimneys to prevent the re-evaporation of condensate droplets. The adaptation of the swirl separator to various operating conditions and the process engineering design ensure excellent properties with a correspondingly small diameter, high flow velocity, low pressure loss, and optimal separation.
