The empty pallet magazine serves as a dispenser or buffer for pallets or containers that are not currently needed. Depending on the design of the magazine or the pallet/container, up to 20 pieces can be stored. The typical application case is the empty pallet (Euro pallet or industrial pallet). The cycle rate is 3 pieces/min. In conjunction with conveyor technology (roller tracks or chain conveyors), the magazine automatically supplies subsequent workstations with empty pallets. This eliminates downtime that occurs during manual changes, and the palletizing process is optimized.
