Direct Drive PSD 43 - Integrated direct drive with Nema 23 in longitudinal version

The direct training PSD 43 is a mechatronic system with integrated control, bus interface, and battery-free absolute measurement system. The drive is perfectly suited for adjusting the machine axes for format settings. The stepper motor with integrated control and bus communication allows for higher speeds with lower torque. The absolute measurement system for 977..4026 revolutions eliminates the need for tedious reference runs, thereby increasing machine efficiency. Direct position measurement enables high positioning accuracy. The galvanic isolation between the motor and the drive without coupling allows for the simple implementation of an emergency stop function without interrupting communication with the drive. The device can be mounted on a spindle without additional coupling using an optional hollow shaft.
