TESTit Tension Force Meter

For a safe, precise, and productive process, regular monitoring of clamping and feed forces is essential. No one can afford to operate with "theoretical clamping/feed forces" today. Regardless, DIN EN 1550 requires that static clamping force measurements be conducted at regular intervals. The TESTit clamping force measuring device measures and records the clamping force for external and internal clamping, and even the feed force of HSK tool holders. Modular Measuring System TESTit consists of two parts: the base unit, the IT module, and the measuring units, the TEST modules. You only need the IT module once—regardless of whether you want to measure the clamping force for external or internal clamping or the feed force. Depending on the measurement application, there are various TEST modules that you can easily connect to the IT module via plug & play. Even special version TEST modules fit onto the IT module.
