Chocolate powder with whole milk powder – formerly known as "milk chocolate flakes" – is the traditional product of Schoppe Instant Beverages. Since 1952, we have been producing high-quality chocolate powders with whole milk powder – using a unique production process that remains unchanged to this day and delivering a distinctive taste that has convinced our customers in gastronomy, coffee shops, office coffee services, and retail for decades. The cocoa content of our chocolate powders ranges from 24 to 32 percent. This consists of a three-component cocoa made up of cocoa powder, sugar, and whole milk powder. For production, a liquid mixture of the three different components is spray-dried and then refined using a special process.
