240 Lt Vacuum Tubes Solar Water Heater

Vacuum Tube - 240 LT - Standard - Chrome System Our system uses 30 vacuum tubes. The glass tube dimensions are 47x1800 mm. The system capacity is available in 180 Lt, 240 Lt, 300 Lt, and 340 Lt. In these systems, double cold water tanks of 30-80-145 Lt can be used. The cold water tanks are equipped with 304 quality stainless CR-NI Floaters. The inner tank is made of 304 quality CR-NI stainless steel, while the outer tank is produced from 430 quality CR-NI stainless steel. To provide thermal insulation, a 5cm polyurethane insulation is applied between the two tanks. This prevents heat loss from the water inside the tank. The vacuum tubes are created by combining two glass tubes that are nested together. The inner tube has a selective surface, and the air between the two tubes is vacuumed. This effectively reduces any potential heat loss to zero. Vacuum tube solar energy systems can be easily used even in harsh winter conditions.
