Injection Molding

At our production sites in Germany and Romania, we process thermoplastic plastic materials of all kinds. Using state-of-the-art, fully automated processing machines, we manufacture technically and visually demanding components in the single-component area on machines with clamping forces ranging from 30t to 1300t in Germany and 110t to 800t in Romania. We enable multi-component injection molding on machine sizes between 85t and 450t. All our machines are connected to a BDE/MDE system, allowing us to trace our process parameters seamlessly all the way to our components—even years after production.
