Granulator Mixer - Lödige Granulator Mixer

The shear mixer for granules is designed to mix and granulate pharmaceutical powders and granules, as well as a wide variety of cosmetic and food products. The granule mixer consists of a vertical cylindrical drum in which a three-blade mixing tool rotates very close to the bottom of the drum. This design provides the product with a swirling motion that transports it both horizontally and vertically. A separately driven rotary cutter dislodges, moistens, and granulates the product evenly. The liquid is introduced directly into the action zone of the rotary blade by gravimetric means or via a pump, ensuring uniform liquid distribution. The control system with PC/PLC complies with CFR-21-Part-11 standards. The user interface facilitates machine control in both operational and automatic modes for production and cleaning phases.
