The DB 30 is a wire winding machine designed for winding core bodies with round, oval, rectangular, or square cross-sections. For this task, interchangeable gear and high-speed heads, as well as various ring guides, are available. The feed and head drive are coupled as NC axes. The roller pressure is applied pneumatically. What sets the DB 30 apart is its PLC with built-in intelligence and clear text guidance for storing winding programs. This allows the operator to automatically execute different winding programs after a one-time programming setup. To achieve a simplified and clearer operation of the programming, the control panel is equipped with a touchscreen display. Furthermore, the winding speed can be optimally adjusted to operational working conditions, thanks to the stepless electronic speed control. Corrosion-sensitive parts are treated galvanically, and all drives have sufficient reserves to achieve the longest possible lifespan even under the most demanding operating conditions.
