Ring Core Winding - DB 1-SM

The DB 1-SM is a ring winding machine designed exclusively for winding wire on particularly small ring cores, tailored to the respective equipment. It features a segment holder mounted on a precision rotary table. The control panel and foot switch are installed separately. The segment holder is equipped with a quick clamping system. This allows for secure and rapid clamping of the individual winding bodies. Additionally, the segment holder is mounted on a precision rotary table known for its high accuracy. The clamping parts or holders can be quickly converted to accommodate a different type of winding body. The DB1-SM is suitable for many winding tasks that require high precision, thanks to its variety of winding and bandaging heads and extensive special accessories. A programmable logic controller (PLC) with built-in intelligence and clear text guidance for storing winding programs is advantageous. This control system enables the operator to automatically execute different winding programs after a one-time programming. Moreover, the winding speed can be optimally adjusted to operational working conditions, thanks to the stepless electronic speed control. The feed and head drive are coupled as NC axes. Corrosion-prone parts are treated galvanically. All drives have sufficient reserves to achieve the longest possible lifespan even under the most demanding operating conditions.
