AIR JET yarns are a range of combined yarns created through an air system with LYCRA® fiber; these yarns are suitable for producing fabrics that are soft and warm to the touch, characterized by excellent elasticity. The AIR JET process involves combining LYCRA® fiber with a textured polyamide yarn using an air jet, known as the interlacing process. This way, the resulting yarn will have characteristics of both the textured yarn, such as bulkiness and high covering power, and those of the elastomer yarn, including high elongation and excellent elastic recovery.
