Rotational Erosion

We are among the leading companies offering erosive grinding. Such high-precision micro parts are used as mold cores in micro injection molding, in medicine, and in research. We can produce these parts in all conductive materials regardless of their hardness (from aluminum to hard metal). We work with a mini rotary spindle that rotates at up to 4000 RPM with a very low peak height. When we combine this technology with our thin wire technology (wire diameter of 0.05 mm), we are able to manufacture highly precise rotationally symmetrical micro parts that cannot be produced by other means. Each part is identical and unmatched in terms of surface quality, shape and positional tolerances, as well as precision.
