Frozen IQF Organic Cucumber

The organic cucumber, known by its Latin name Cucumis Sativus, belongs to the Cucurbitaceae family. Although botanically classified as a fruit, it is consumed as a vegetable. FRDP establishes cultivation channels for cucumbers. Manual harvesting allows our producer to make several successive passes to ensure optimal ripeness of the organic cucumbers. Upon arrival at the factory, the organic cucumbers are washed, cut, and then individually quick frozen (IQF).
