MSCTN/ISO-A Collet Chuck - Standard Collet Chucks

The MSCTN collet chucks are designed as a classic clamping tool for CNC lathes. They are made from a solid block of steel, hardened and tempered to 60 HRC. They are fully ground to ensure maximum durability, precision, and balance. The MSCTN collet chucks are made with ISO-A (DIN 55026) and FLANGE (AF) connections. The opening and closing of the COLLETS and expandable collets in the MSCTN chuck is done via a hydraulic or pneumatic cylinder applied to the rear of the lathe spindle. The collets that can be installed in the MSCTN chuck can be: - "pushed" type with a simple cone type BA or double cone type BD, multi-diameter sector type BAS; - pull type BE; expandable type PE and PET. For bar machining, it is recommended to use double cone collets type BD; for "re-gripping" operations, it is recommended to use simple cone collets type BA. Upon request, different types of collets can be mounted with appropriate adapters.
