MONOROTOR EMOTTER

A rotor equipped with blades rotating at low speed impacts and crushes (or grinds) the material by forcing it through fixed counter-knives. Conditions and Advantages ● Use of this technology for grinding agglomerated powders (EM400 range) or for crushing glass bottles (CM400 range) ● Only dry and brittle products ● Several types of tooling possible depending on the desired particle size ● Acceptable particle size range is quite large ● Low rotation speeds, thus limiting the production of fines High throughput ● Volume reduction but no possibility of obtaining low and calibrated particle sizes ● Fixed gap, thus defining the tooling during the manufacturing of the device
