Temperature Monitoring – Bending, Forming, Annealing, Tempering of Glass - The Raytek GS150 is an automatic temperature monitoring system designed for the bending, forming, annealing, and tempering processes of glass. The Raytek GS150LE is a thermal imaging system designed to monitor the temperature on low emissivity (Low E) glass. Each of its scans provides up to 1024 measurement points over a 90° angle at a frequency of up to 150 Hertz. Each pass of a volume in front of the sensor produces a two-dimensional thermal image on the PC screen. The Raytek MP150 scanner is installed on the line as easily as a camera, between the heating zone and the forming zone.
