The IncinerPro i850 is an incinerator with a unique design: inside the main combustion chamber, it is equipped with a special concrete grate that allows for the burning of waste from below. This is also made possible by the fact that it is equipped with two diametrically opposed, fully automated burners in the main combustion chamber. Additionally, a separate, fully automated burner operates in the secondary chamber. The two thermocouples continuously monitor the temperatures in the combustion chambers, maintaining the set temperatures. In the secondary combustion chamber, gases are retained for a minimum of 2 seconds at a minimum of 850 degrees Celsius before being released into the atmosphere— a requirement imposed by European regulations to ensure clean emissions. The incineration process is controlled via a touch-screen display, HMI, capable of providing complex information and allowing advanced settings for combustion parameters and cycles.
