Permanent Magnet Clamping Plate PMNEO

Permanent magnet clamping plates of the PMNEO type are super strong, compact plates designed for heavy machining. Parts measuring approximately 30x15x6mm can be clamped with maximum achievable holding forces. Good holding forces are also achieved on rough surfaces. Optionally, pole bars can be added to the PMNEO. This allows the workpiece to be positioned upright, making all sides easily accessible, enabling drilling through the magnetic clamping plate, and providing more space for chips around the component. This way, even long-running HSC milling parts never sink into the generated chips. The clamping plate is activated via a removable hexagonal control lever. The PMNEO magnetic clamping plate with a height of 48mm is designed to integrate reference elements directly into the magnetic plate, eliminating the need for an additional pallet under the magnet.
