Tunnel lava-drying for fruits and vegetables

Our washing-drying tunnel for fruits and vegetables is entirely made of AISI304 stainless steel. The lines of adjustable double nozzles, positioned above and below the conveyor belt, ensure optimal washing of bulk products and/or crates of fruits and vegetables. The cover casing with rubber curtains allows for monitoring the washing phase from the outside, enabling adjustments to the nozzles, conveyor speed, and product positioning to optimize results. The water used is channeled into a collection tray located beneath the washing area, which can be easily connected to an external tank via a specific fitting. The air blades at the exit of the washing area dry the product using adjustable jets of air in terms of power and direction, both above and below the conveyor belt. At the end of the drying phase, it is possible to select and/or process the various products according to needs, allowing for customization of the different stages.
