The pilot industrial stage allows for the industrial transfer of a process, conducting robustness tests on different batches of raw materials, validating production costs, and supporting you up to pre-series production. The pilot workshop offers a diverse technological range from the extraction of raw materials to the shaping of the extract. • Reactors from 200 L to 15 m3, including ATEX • Filter bottom reactor / KiloLab • All liquid/solid separations (several tons/h, including ATEX) • Evaporation: concentration (from 400 L to 1 m3/h) • Tangential filtration for organic and mineral substances -> 30 m2 • Electrodialysis, adsorption chromatography • Vacuum dryers • 3 atomization towers -> 100 kg/h evaporative capacity
