In the hose fitting 1A, the hose is pushed onto the integrated nozzle. The locking is achieved through the clamping ring, which acts on the hose via a knurled nut. The nozzle is almost cylindrical and designed so that even with unfavorable tolerances, no hose elongation exceeding 6% occurs. The tension caused by the minimal hose elongation already ensures the tightness of the hose connection up to 6 bar. The clamping ring and knurled nut are necessary to secure against longitudinal forces that could pull the hose off the nozzle. The clamping ring locks the hose in place, allowing it to absorb shear and torsional forces. This enables use up to 10 bar*.
