ECOVAC 21 - Ionizing Dust Collectors

Specifically designed for simultaneous dusting of both sides of a material, the ECOVAC 21 is the ideal product for cleaning strip materials (plastic films, etc.) where contact with the surface is not feasible. It is custom-built to allow for integration into your production line. FEATURES - Two rollers at the entrance and exit ensure the guidance of the strip. - Its jaw-shaped design facilitates the passage operations of the strip. - Two blowing tubes allow for the suspension of dust. - Two capacitive electrodes of type ECA 88 B, positioned before the two suction slots, constitute the ionizing device. - The construction in 15/10 steel sheet with thermolacquer guarantees excellent rigidity, as well as significant protection against dirt and corrosion. - A high-voltage power generator and a suction unit complete the system.
