BIERES BITXI PATXARAN - Beers

Working with the "prunelle" since day one, we were eager to create a beer that reflects our local heritage. Since our beers are generally light, we also wanted to offer a spicier, more winter-oriented beer. Our "Bitxi au Patxaran" is made with macerated "prunelles" and boasts a beautiful copper color. These are the same "prunelles" used to make our "Patxaran Egiazki". With its sweet, fruity, and spicy flavors, it is a complex beer with a nice bitterness. The taste of "prunelle" is very subtle. It is a tasting beer with a strong character that will be perfect in winter or during the holidays.
