EGE evaluation electronics for Ex proximity switches complement the intrinsically safe sensors from EGE. They are used for setting switching points and provide function and output indication as well as output signals. They also supply power with 30 V DC or 127 V AC or 230 V AC. The devices can be intuitively adjusted using a potentiometer and feature cable break and short circuit monitoring. The output functions of normally open/normally closed are adjustable. The evaluation devices are designed for mounting on DIN rails in a control cabinet in non-explosive areas.
