HBS-Cuvée Décollage - 70 cl - 50°

The white rum from the "Décollage" cuvée is made from a blend of sugar canes. It is the distillery's first cuvée at 50°. The uniqueness of this product compared to other cuvées lies in a slow reduction over 10 months with weekly stirring. In terms of aromas, one can clearly perceive the indulgent citrus notes and the signature sweetness of HBS. This white rum offers notes of exotic fruits; it is a very smooth and delicate product. At the finish of the first tasting, a menthol aroma reminiscent of clove or Indian wood is felt, which then transforms into candied lemon zest during subsequent tastings.
