Lead wires for diodes, rectifiers, and related components

We manufacture precise connection wires for axial diodes, rectifiers, and other electronic components. In addition to wire cut-offs with flared heads and double heads, we produce pins with closely tolerated wings and angular midsections for torsional protection. The bending tolerance dimensions of our products are maintained within very tight limits. We also supply these head pins with galvanic surfaces. The head wires are produced in quantities of up to several hundred million pieces. The preferred materials for these types are ECu, OFCu, OFCu gal Sn, OFCu gal Ag, and copper-clad wire (CuFe 70/30) with diameters ranging from 0.5 to 2.0 mm.
