The HÅG Capisco Pulse 8020 is designed to encourage movement and therefore offers many different sitting positions. Sit forward and backward, with the backrest supporting your chest and arms, or sit sideways when talking to a colleague. By varying your sitting position several times throughout the day, you can avoid common injuries to the back, neck, and shoulders, for example.
