A technical diagnostic report (DTG) includes several documents, such as the energy performance diagnosis of the co-ownership if it is equipped with collective heating along with solutions to improve energy performance, a report assessing the condition of the common areas and their equipment, as well as a verification of the regulatory obligations of the property manager.
