The bundlers are the equipment used for grouping individual products into lots or packs, to facilitate transport and handling. It is the ideal process for forming bundles of variable dimensions, allowing for the application of a film from 2 rolls to create a "curtain." The entire assembly passes through a shrink tunnel to maintain the cohesion of the pack. Smipack bundlers can achieve speeds of up to 25 packages per minute. Numerous options: - Inline feeding: manual or automatic - 90° conveyor (automatic with lot formation) Many solutions with the insertion of a cardboard sheet, overlapping grouping, etc. Several welding widths are available: from 550mm to 1370mm. Advantages: - Welding bar with pneumatic blade - Tunnel equipped with fiberglass bars.
