The appropriate shape of the mixing blades significantly reduces the torque required for the mixing shaft and enables the feasibility of heavier or thicker mixes than any competitor. The reinforced structure of the bucket is made of hardox to ensure rigidity and resistance, while the tank and blades are made from specific alloys suitable for abrasive uses to maximize longevity. The blades, adjustable in height to further reduce the risk of premature wear, have an abrasion resistance coefficient nearly 4 times higher than hardox. The steel used for the tank is 1.5 times more resistant to abrasive friction than hardox. The safety grid is hydraulic, and the bucket can be equipped with a side or bottom door.
