The water/air washing unit is used to wash red fruits and vegetables, such as strawberries, red currants or blackcurrants, plums, cherries, peaches, apricots, etc., as well as vegetables like peeled sweet onions, cucumbers, mushrooms, and other delicate products. Washing is performed with vigorous action using pressurized water and air, creating a bubbling effect. Our washing machines are equipped with a high-pressure blower connected to nozzles that provide excellent bubbling, along with a sophisticated system of valves and filters that remove most dirt from the product. This ensures a gentle wash, minimizing damage to the products and increasing shelf life. In fact, the dual pneumatic and hydraulic action allows for adjusting the dwell time and performing effective washing of leafy products, fruits, and vegetables.
