Voted best organic oil in Extremadura in 2015, 2016, and 2017. (There are about 150 oil mills in Extremadura) and ranked No. 2 nationally in Spain in 2015. Made from the "Manzanilla Cacereña" variety, this olive oil is unfiltered and cold-pressed. 100% Manzanilla Cacereña. Smooth oil, with a balance between bitterness and spiciness. It is characterized by its delicate fruitiness, with notes of banana – kiwi and green tomato. Additionally, aromas of vegetables including artichoke and freshly cut grass.
