DAV PS-snake

DAV PS-SNAKE is a family of exchangers designed to combine extremely compact dimensions with the need for easy and thorough cleaning. To achieve a high ratio between the primary exchange surface and the total footprint of the exchanger, they are made with smooth, flattened tubes that can be made from various materials, such as carbon steel, stainless steel, Ni-Cr alloy, or titanium. The tubes are bent and not welded, reducing the risks of leaks and breakage. The DAV PS-SNAKE are particularly suitable for immersion in liquids or for cooling/heating oily gases, as in plants for processing fish, meat, and cured meats. The smooth surface of the tubes can indeed be cleaned easily and quickly with a steam jet or a pressure washer, resulting in low maintenance costs.
