Infrared can be used to heat plastic parts (such as SMC, GMT...) before molding, forming, or hot draping, to facilitate mechanical operations, or after molding to extract VOCs or restore shape memory. CSI develops infrared systems tailored for continuous or stop-and-go conveyor systems, in drawer systems that allow for controlled and optimized temperature increases and maintenance. Short and medium electric IR technologies are utilized based on the needs for reactivity, uniformity, and localization. These installations are designed and implemented based on production data and confirmation tests if necessary. All of this is done under confidentiality.
