Double disc grinding is the process for manufacturing components with the highest precision requirements for the end faces, featuring minimal tolerances for flatness and squareness. The frequent application of the parts ground here is therefore for pump components (pistons, rollers, blades). An automated part feeding and removal system, including measurement control, enables economical processing of high quantities. - Processing of workpieces from round material and profiles in part lengths from 5 to over 80mm - Length and angle tolerances of less than 0.01mm possible - Grinding with CBN and corundum - Online measurement with process control of the machine Part length: 5-80mm
