Frozen MSC Cod Fillet Portions - Gadus Morhua - Boneless (PBO) and Skinless

Caught responsibly by our ship Emeraude in the North-East Atlantic (FAO zone 27 - sub-zones I & II), our cod fillets (Gadus Morhua) are made from 100% wild fish certified by the MSC for sustainable fishing. We implement a rigorous selection of fish to create our products with very high quality standards. They are caught and frozen within 12 hours of capture, all while at sea. We offer our PBO cod fillet portions, intended for B-to-B, packaged in 6.8 kg Interleaved.
