Frozen MSC Haddock Fillets (Gadus aeglefinus) - PBI, skinless

Caught responsibly by our ship Emeraude in the North-East Atlantic (FAO zone 27 - sub-zones I, IIa & IIb), our PBI haddock fillets (Gadus aeglefinus) are made from 100% wild fish certified by the MSC for sustainable fishing. We implement a rigorous selection of fish to create our products with very high quality standards. They are caught and frozen within 12 hours of capture, all while at sea. We offer our PBI haddock fillets, intended for B-to-B, in 6.8 kg interleaved packaging. For retail, we provide our PBI haddock fillets packaged in transparent bags + header.
