Roller Covers Rubber and Polyurethane

We provide high-quality polyurethane roller coatings with a diameter of up to 580 mm and a length of 4000 mm. You have the option to have the rollers fully coated by us or to supply your own rollers, which we can then re-coat with polyurethane. With our CNC lathes, we can grind, groove, or contour-turn rollers. Depending on the application, we process specific polyurethane formulations. These vary in hardness, resistance, or may have special properties, such as electrical conductivity to dissipate static charges.
