Sample jars, sterile - Hermetic closure of the sample jar with a vertically fixed pressure lid

The sterile sample containers are sterilized by irradiation and have an internal sterility assurance level (SAL) of 10-3 (according to ISO 11137). The practical and universally applicable sample jar is easy to fill, with smooth walls and no recesses, allowing for complete emptying. It is an excellent universal container for all liquids and solids. The attached lid of the sample container can be opened with one hand and fixed at a 90° angle. This leaves the other hand free for sampling. The liquid/condensate in the lid is directed to an integrated collection channel in the lid, ensuring nothing is lost and it cannot drip. The sample containers are sealed hot during production. Thanks to this process, the sample containers are sealed absolutely airtight, as the lid and the jar fit optimally during the cooling process.
