Water Jet Cutting

A high-pressure water jet of over 3800 bar cuts through metal, glass, ceramics, titanium, aluminum, brass, stainless steel, wood, as well as foams, sealing materials, rubber, cork, hard fabrics, and much more. The cold cutting process ensures the dimensional stability of the material. It is neither thermally nor chemically affected. Advantages: all materials can be cut with just one tool, high edge quality, intricate contour cuts, high material utilization, no toxic fumes or gases, no dust generation, material thicknesses up to 200mm, no subsequent deburring required.
