Alcohol content 3.5%. "Visually: a pale blonde color with a fine foam. On the nose: lovely fruity notes with hints of citrus, pineapple, and tropical fruits! On the palate, it is light, very fruity but with a rather dry impression. A very characteristic feature of the 'Session IPA' style! The flavors are similar to the fruity aromas previously identified, leaning towards pineapple and tropical fruits. I can't forget this lovely dose of hops that feels great! A nice first step towards this new brewery from Alsace!" By the way, if you didn't know, a 'Session IPA' is a rather light beer in alcohol that emphasizes the bitterness released by the hops!
