Once the selection and evaluation process is complete, our experts will contact you to present the candidates who best match the job offer you entrusted to us. Before any interviews with our candidates, our team will call you to introduce them in person. Following this thorough presentation, we will provide you with all the documents you will need to conduct the interview successfully (CV, cover letter, test results, etc.). We can also arrange to invite the candidate on your behalf according to your availability. You will then be free to conduct your own recruitment process as you see fit. This includes whether or not to conduct a phone interview before meeting them in person, as many times as you wish. This will allow you to form your own opinion on their skills and professional abilities.
