Like all devices in this reader family, the Proximity Reader FRE 8000 Smart Label reads and writes at an operating frequency of 13.56 MHz in accordance with the new ISO standard 15693 (Tag-it, I-CODE, my-d, STM, etc.). The reader achieves a maximum read/write range of up to 20 cm with its internal antenna and is available with either an RS232/RS485 or a USB interface.
