FS 5 - Deburring Machine with V-Prism

The FS 5 is a stable and highly cost-effective edge milling machine with a cutter head and indexable inserts. Straight edges of cuboidal workpieces can be quickly beveled. It is designed for deburring and edge milling of small workpieces starting from 3 mm thickness. The robust housing, ground guide rails, and integrated chip box impress in every respect. The V-prism can be opened for changing the inserts. Thanks to the optimized interaction between the cutter head and indexable inserts, the machine ensures chatter-free, clean, and consistent beveling performance. The bevel adjustment is made via a knurled handwheel. In non-ferrous metals, a bevel width of up to 5 mm is possible, and in steel, a bevel width of up to 3 mm can be achieved.
