EdgeBreaker® 4000 – high process reliability for large burrs. Whether parts cut by oxy-fuel or plasma: Even burrs over three millimeters thick are a job for the EdgeBreaker® 4000. With an oscillating roller, this deburring and rounding machine quickly and reliably removes burrs and slag from laser, plasma, and oxy-fuel cut parts up to 100 mm material thickness – even in large quantities. For optimal edge processing: Grinding blocks round the edges from both sides. Double-sided rounding and deburring for material thicknesses up to 100 mm. Less effort due to reduced tool wear. Wide range of materials: Steel, titanium, stainless steel, copper. EdgeBreaker® 4000 and 4000 Plus: deburring on one side or both sides.
