The dosing screw allows for the adjustment of the desired emulsion concentration of the cooling and lubricating fluids. This enables these liquids to be mixed in optimal concentration. The user can always rely on a previously determined optimal mixing ratio. Of course, such a mixing ratio can be changed at any time. The piston mixing device features a water inlet, a concentrate inlet, and a discharge hose for the mixed emulsion or grinding solution. This hose can be extended indefinitely without creating a vacuum in the system.
