Aluminum Processing

We offer the following services in aluminum processing: Aluminum grinding, aluminum polishing, aluminum matting, aluminum high-gloss polishing. While in the medical technology sector we typically handle smaller quantities but with a high variety of options, in the automotive sector we deal with various parts that are produced in larger quantities repeatedly. Nevertheless, despite robotic assistance, 20% of all workpieces still require manual processing. In this context, protective clothing for our workers is crucial; without it, no processing can take place, as special caution is necessary when working with aluminum. We aim to increase the share of robotic processing whenever possible to relieve and protect our highly skilled grinders and polishers.
