Once the cut glass is delivered to the system, the lifting process can be performed automatically with a cycle and maximum speed. Based on a vertical structure, special belts break the front and back of the glass sheets and lift the glass. The lifting head can rotate freely 360° to lift all sides of the glass sheets. The machine is equipped with an automatic measuring system for the length, height, and thickness of the glass sheet using waterproof servomotors. Water is used to cool and clean the output belts. Additional spray nozzles eliminate glass powder residues from the glass sheet and reduce the movement of these particles to downstream systems. The water cycle system is provided with the machine as a standard feature. In addition to rectangular glass, shaped glass according to the CMS shape library can be placed.
